Terms of payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, International money orders and payments by British cheques.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT (sales tax). UK customers have to add VAT at 20%. Other customers do not pay any sales tax.
In case you order more than one item and not not items are available from stock, we will do a partial shipping of the items that are available first and complete the order as soon as possible. The number of shippings we do does not change the total amount charged to the customer for shipping. If you do not want to receive a partial shipping - please indicate that in the special instructions section during ordering.
All our prices are shown and invoices are issued in British Pound Sterling £ (GBP)
When you pay for goods by a credit card, YOUR credit card company automatically converts our GBP price into your currency, for example $. The exchange rates used by YOUR credit card company may vary daily and we are unable to tell you exactly how many $ your credit card company will charge you. That is totally beyond our control.

If you however wish to find out the EXACT price in $ you should :
Most products, including sale stock items, can be returned for refund or exchange within 60 days from the purchase date shown on your invoice. Goods have to be returned in the unused condition and the original stock packaging (Shoe box/ CD case/DVD case, etc.) has to be included. If the original box is not included we reserve the right to charge the customer for replacing it. Of course this does not include the outer packaging like cardboard box, jiffy bag or envelope.
DVDs, CDs, and books can only be exchanged for the same if they are faulty on arrival.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of any goods you intend to return to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

including a printout of you order confirmation or a copy of your invoice or hand written order number, customer name and address. Also include a note stating clearly if you require a refund or exchange.
Please note the postage costs are not refundable, except when a mistake was made on our end and we shipped goods different from what the customer ordered.
If you are sending the goods from outside of Europen Union, you have to fill in customs declaration. You should also write clearly on the outside of the package RETURN/EXCHANGE. This is for UK customs, who otherwise may stop the parcel and impose import duties to pay.
